Kris Kristofferson and the Strangers are booked to appear at the Sage Gateshead on 17 June. I have seen him many times (never enough) in the UK as well as in the Republic of Ireland, but I have never seen him at this venue.
Tickets are limited, and could kick myself for not grabbing myself one when they first went on sale – I might have to settle for Manchester – there again, I might get lucky and catch a last-minute cancellation – Not that I habitually wish anyone bad luck, but who knows? Maybe someone will win the lotto and decide to take a Moon Trip or do something exciting on the day of the concert. If that happens, I’ll offer to stand in for them.
While trying to get my grubby paws on decent tickets for Kristofferson Gateshead UK at the cost of another person’s miracle, I came across this post from another fan who will be heading further north on the 17 June.
If all else fails and I miss this gig, I am hoping they will tell us all about in a later blog.
